We ship through our contractual partner DHL.

We aim to make your shopping at our online shop as quick and simple as possible, and we want you to receive your order on the day of your choice.

This is why we made our terms of delivery as transparent as possible. After logging in or creating an account with Kreutzkamm GmbH, you will see all costs incurred for postage and packing in your shopping basket so that you are informed about all arising costs before completing your shopping. Should this not be the case (e.g. your order exceeds the maximum weight limit or the destination of your delivery is a country for which no delivery method is known to us yet.), we will contact you as soon as possible in order to arrange a way of delivery.

Insured delivery within Germany
Delivery rates:

upto 5 kg		7,50 EUR *
upto 10 kg		9,90 EUR *
upto 20 kg		11,70 EUR
upto 30kg		16,00 EUR *
* incl. VAT

If the weight of your order exceeds 30 kg, we will contact you immediately to arrange a suitable delivery method.

Delivery times:
Generally, orders are dispatched & delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery rates

For deliveries abroad in some cases you have the choice between the two shipping methods “premium” and “economy”. “Premium” deliveries will be shipped via air-mail ensuring our customers to receive their orders as fast as possible. “Economy” deliveries will be shipped via air-mail or on land. These deliveries are slower but at more favourable prices.

If the weight of your order exceeds 20 kg (≈ 44 lb) or no delivery method is known, we will contact you to arrange a suitable method of delivery.

Customs fees

Depending on the country of destination, customs fees may arise. Please take note of import terms and conditions of the country of destination. Information is provided by the customs office responsible.

Delivery times
Regarding delivery times abroad considerable differences may occur comparing the two offered delivery methods “premium” and “economy”. If “premium” delivery is chosen, your order generally reaches its destination faster.
